The 2011 Golden Globe awards demonstrated that both actors and the entertainment industry can look great with age appropriate aging, but there is also a trend in the beauty industry that less is more and that early prevention goes a long way. Plastic surgeons have an eye for beauty and in the past several years there have been a number of minor procedures and lasers that can maintain a youthful appearance without having had a surgical procedure. How many times do you walk down the street and see beautiful middle aged women with a natural beauty? Truth be told many of them have prescribed to the early maintenance program along with minor procedures to keep them looking great. Hollywood has come a long way with respect to accepting natural beauty, however with the onset of the digital age and crystal clear flat screen images with harsh lighting, actors have been forced to improve their skin and limit deep lines from forming. The use of fillers and Botox has changed the way plastic surgeons practice, which include focusing on maintenance programs to restore youthfulness in a very natural manner. It is not all about the scalpel and undergoing a surgical procedure that has to be done, keep in mind that no other doctor understands the essence of beauty as well as a plastic surgeon who uses many different method to keep a face looking very natural without the appearance of having had a surgical procedure.
